The Problem
Workplace stress levels surged during the COVID-19 lockdown, and the move to remote working meant Learning & Development services needed to go online. The management consultancy ML&C wanted a compelling way to showcase their digital offerings.
The Aim
To provide managers with practical guidance in having wellbeing conversations with employees, positioning ML&C as a specialist in wellbeing, and a leader in online learning.
The Solution
I authored and produced an interactive guide on conversation skills for wellbeing. This guide helps managers overcome common barriers to having tricky conversations with their employees about their stress levels. It equips them with key skills and principles to prepare for and navigate these discussions effectively.
