The Aim
To develop a demo product and learning method including an online library of learning content that can complement face-to-face workshops. The content should be based on the concept of micromastery—breaking down topics into individual skills, each with a simple, accessible entry point for practice.
The Problem
During COVID-19, the management coaching company ML&C needed to shift their learning and development offer online. At the same time, they noticed that clients would typically seek knowledge but struggle to apply the knowledge and drive real change.
Micro-skills on demand: watch, read and experiment
The Solution
I led the production of an online library of micromasteries accessible via app. These covered a range of management topics and included animations, videos, and two-page documents. The content was made available on-demand for flexible learning.
I evaluated learning platforms on the market to find the best solution. 360Learning came in first place, given it’s Netflix style user experience. Micromasteries could be viewed as individual pieces of learning either before or during face-to-face workshops. They could also be mixed-and-matched into course sequences.

A pitch-deck gave the project the final stamp, showing clients how micromastery bridges the gap between learning and application, and how ML&C could offer a blended solution for face-to-face and online learning.
